- 01Aspen Grove Anesthesia Services is a mobile anesthesia service providing in-office general anesthesia to patients of dental professionals. We provide general anesthesia, which means the patients are completely asleep with a protected airway for safety. We bring in our own hospital grade anesthesia machines, monitors, emergency equipment and medications to transform your dentist’s operatory into a general anesthesia surgical suite. As a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Smith adheres to the current standards and guidelines of anesthesia practice, including the continuous monitoring of all patients for the entire length of their procedure. Dr. Smith’s clinical team includes Registered Nurses with backgrounds in PACU (post anesthesia care unit), emergency room, and critical care. All members of the clinical team are BLS, PALS, and ACLS certified.
- 02Our office does not directly schedule appointments for treatment with patients. We work directly with your dentist or surgeon to provide available days to schedule for you or your family. To schedule our services, contact and consult with your or your family’s dentist or surgeon.
- 03The estimated anesthesia fee is based upon the dentist's estimate of treatment time, anesthesia preparatory time and the patient's response to the anesthetic used.Payment for anesthesia services is due in full on the day of treatment, before the procedure begins. In the event that the anesthesia time exceeds the estimate, the patient is responsible for any additional charges. Anesthesia fees can be found on the financial agreement page of the patient intake forms.We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and HSA cards. Our clinical team will collect payment before the procedure begins, and a receipt of payment will be immediately emailed to you. If you would like to receive an itemized statement for your records, please email us at info@aspengroveanesthesia.com and we will be happy to email one to you.Aspen Grove Anesthesia Services is a fee-for-service practice that provides anesthesia services only . Our fees are independent of your surgeon's office or insurance company. We do not participate or affiliate with any insurance programs in any way. Therefore, we are unable to provide or assist with any insurance billing, coding, processing, or reimbursement on your behalf. We are not responsible, financially or otherwise, for the patient's dental/surgical treatment and/or insurance coverage, policies, or claims.
